It's 11:45 Mountain Time, May 11. I am a Windows XP client. I use McAfee security via Comcast. Everything is "current." I am running the latest updates from McAfee and Microsoft. Here's a rundown on the problem:

I mainly use my Firefox browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox ver 3.6.3 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729).

My 2nd choice is Opera browser: ver 10.51, build 3315, platform Win32
browser i.d.: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.5.22 Version/10.51

My 3rd choice is Internet Exploder (explorer). I use it only for proof-reading and trouble-shooting my webpages:
O.S. - Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Version - 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 Build 2600
OS Manufacturer - Microsoft Corporation

I just finished looking at my Archive Items. They are from shows that I taped, or shows that I worked on.
Monte the Taper archives

Everything is working perfectly normal and fine for me in my Firefox browser, and in my Opera browser. The Flash Player gets embedded perfectly. There is nothing wrong in Firefox or Opera, that I can see.

None of my Archive Items are rendering correctly in Internet Exploder. The embedded Flash Player fails to appear in my Internet Exploder browser. I get the same problem when I browse new items from "This Just In."

For the above exercise, I didn't bother clearing my cache in any of my browsers. Nor did I delete any history, cookies, or temp files.

-- edit, to identify exactly which Internet Exploder I run:
Internet Explorer ver 8
ver: 8.0.6001.18702
Cipher Strength: 128-bit
Product ID: 01398-997-0011903-00806
Update Versions: 0

Thanks, Monte - so I'm wondering if this is an IE-related problem. To the other folks who have posted on this thread - are you seeing this problem in any browser other than IE? I'm seeing it fine in Firefox and Safari; I don't have access to a Windows machine so I can't verify on my end.

I am using IE. I am also getting the same error message as Andrew, as well as:

Line: 154
Char: 1
Error: "IAD"is undefined
Code: 0
Url.......

If it helps, I am able to stream with no problems using media player.

I didn't get a chance to try Firefox's browser. Explorer still isn't showing the media player. The stream mp3 button does work though...just no player showing up.

Yes, I'm using explorer. I will try firefox tonight, but I've never had a problem with explorer in the past on archive. Thanks,

Everything seems to be working fine today. I've clicked on a few shows and the streaming player immediately popped up.
